A hard training session creates a demand. Your muscles need more than motivation, a high-volume program, and tomorrow's soreness to adapt. Individual needs can be higher or lower based on body size, training volume, total calories, age, and goals.

Rather than chasing perfection, organize your intake across the day. Build meals around high-quality protein, then use a shake or EAA serving to cover predictable weak spots: the rushed morning, the fasted session, the long drive home from the gym, or the afternoon when a real meal is still hours away.
